- 2 cups of organic brown rice flour
- 2 tsp. of guar gum
- 1 cup of organic cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (light flavour)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. of sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of cloves
They are moist, sweet and my favorites!
