- 1 ¾ cups brown rice flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix all ingredients and cook in a waffle maker. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit
Variation: I like my waffles with almond and hazelnut butter, a sliced banana, and a touch of maple syrup. Delicious!
